General Provisions<\/strong><br data-start=\"157\" data-end=\"160\"\/>1.1. This privacy policy regulates the principles regarding the collection, processing, and storage of personal data. Personal data is collected, processed, and stored by the data controller, Ddiiva O\u00dc (hereinafter referred to as the data processor).  <\/p><p data-start=\"393\" data-end=\"519\">1.2. A data subject, within the meaning of the privacy policy, is a customer or any other natural person whose personal data is processed by the data processor.<\/p><p data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"632\">1.3. A customer, within the meaning of the privacy policy, is anyone who purchases goods or services from the data processor&#8217;s website.<\/p><p data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"905\">1.4. The data processor follows the data processing principles set out in legislation, including processing personal data lawfully, fairly, and securely. The data processor is able to confirm that personal data has been processed in accordance with the law. <\/p><p data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"905\"> <\/p><p><strong>2. Collection, Processing, and Storage of Personal Data<\/strong><br data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"961\"\/>2.1. The personal data that the data processor collects, processes, and stores is collected electronically, primarily through the website and email. <\/p><p data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1368\">2.2. By sharing their personal data, the data subject gives the data processor the right to collect, organize, use, and manage the personal data defined in the privacy policy, which the data subject shares with the data processor directly or indirectly when purchasing goods or services on the website.<\/p><p data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1649\">2.3. The data subject is responsible for ensuring that the data they provide is accurate, correct, and complete. Providing knowingly false information is considered a violation of the privacy policy. The data subject is obliged to immediately inform the data processor of any changes to the submitted data.  <\/p><p data-start=\"1651\" data-end=\"1795\">2.4. The data processor is not liable for any damage caused to the data subject or third parties resulting from the submission of false data by the data subject.<\/p><p data-start=\"1651\" data-end=\"1795\"> <\/p><p><strong>3. Processing of Customers&#8217; Personal Data<\/strong><br data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1836\"\/>3.1. The data processor may process the following personal data of the data subject: <\/p><ul data-start=\"1910\" data-end=\"2034\"><li data-start=\"1910\" data-end=\"1936\">First and last name;<\/li><li data-start=\"1937\" data-end=\"1956\">Phone number;<\/li><li data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"1977\">Email address;<\/li><li data-start=\"1978\" data-end=\"2008\">Delivery address;<\/li><li data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2034\">Bank account number.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2036\" data-end=\"2157\">3.2. In addition to the above, the data processor has the right to collect data about the customer that is available in public registers.<\/p><p data-start=\"2159\" data-end=\"2980\">3.3. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation:<br data-start=\"2274\" data-end=\"2277\"\/>a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;<br data-start=\"2377\" data-end=\"2380\"\/>b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;<br data-start=\"2557\" data-end=\"2560\"\/>c) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;<br data-start=\"2650\" data-end=\"2653\"\/>f) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.<br data-start=\"2933\" data-end=\"2936\"\/>g) processing of personal data for direct marketing.   <\/p><p data-start=\"2982\" data-end=\"3105\">3.4. Processing of personal data according to the purpose of processing (storage period according to the terms specified by law):<\/p><ul data-start=\"3106\" data-end=\"3264\"><li data-start=\"3106\" data-end=\"3133\">security and safety<\/li><li data-start=\"3134\" data-end=\"3158\">order processing<\/li><li data-start=\"3159\" data-end=\"3196\">ensuring the operation of e-shop services<\/li><li data-start=\"3197\" data-end=\"3214\">customer management<\/li><li data-start=\"3215\" data-end=\"3250\">financial activities, accounting<\/li><li data-start=\"3251\" data-end=\"3264\">marketing.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3266\" data-end=\"3631\">3.5. The data processor has the right to share customers&#8217; personal data with third parties, such as authorized data processors, accountants, transport and courier companies, and companies providing transfer services. The data processor is the controller of personal data. The data processor transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio AS.  <\/p><p data-start=\"3633\" data-end=\"3902\">3.6. When processing and storing the data subject&#8217;s personal data, the data processor implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, and any other unlawful processing.<\/p><p data-start=\"3904\" data-end=\"4022\">3.7. The data processor stores the data subjects&#8217; data depending on the purpose of processing, but for no longer than 15 years.<\/p><p data-start=\"3904\" data-end=\"4022\"> <\/p><p><strong>4.
