WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

If you wish to withdraw from a purchase made at the DDiiva online store, please fill out the withdrawal form below. After submitting the form, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions for returning the goods.

You have the right to withdraw from goods purchased in the online store within 14 days of receiving the items, provided that no exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to the product.

Please note:

• the returned product must be unused and undamaged, with all tags and labels still attached;
• you may examine the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may try the product on as you would in a physical store—meaning, please try on lingerie over your own underwear;
• if possible, return the product in its original packaging;
• if the product has been worn, washed, shows traces of perfume or makeup, or if the tags have been removed, we have the right to reduce the refund amount by the decrease in value;
• direct costs related to returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless we sent the wrong or a defective product;
• after submitting the withdrawal application, the goods must be returned within 14 days at the latest;
• we will refund the money to the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal application. We have the right to delay payment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of their return;
• we also refund the initial delivery costs. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard cheapest option, we will refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method.

What the right of withdrawal does not cover:

• products sealed with a hygiene seal if the seal or protective sticker has been removed. This applies to bikini bottoms, panties, and tights. Please try these products on over your own underwear and do not remove the hygiene sticker until you have decided to keep the product;
• purchases made by a legal entity. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to consumers—that is, a natural person who buys outside of their economic or professional activity.
