Shipping and returns

Shipping

DDiiva OÜ ships orders within Estonia and to selected international destinations.

• Delivery time in Estonia: 1–5 business days

• International shipping: depends on the destination, usually 5–14 business days

• Shipping methods: Omniva, Itella Smartpost, DPD

• Shipping cost: Displayed in the shopping cart before payment. Free shipping in Estonia for orders over €100.

Once the order has been shipped, a tracking code will be sent to the buyer via email.

Returns and exchanges

Products purchased from the DDiiva OÜ online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the order being shipped.

Return conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging and with tags.

• You must notify us of your return request in advance by email at karis@ddiiva.ee, including the order number and the name of the product being returned.

• The buyer covers the return shipping costs.

• The refund will be made to the same payment method within 7 business days after the returned goods have arrived and been inspected.

Product exchange:

• Products can be exchanged under the same conditions.

• If the desired replacement product is not available, we offer a refund or the option to choose another product.
