The owner of the DDiiva.ee online store (hereinafter the Online Store) is DDiiva OÜ (registry code 14892775), located at Pärna allee 5-8, 60534 Tartu Parish, Tartu County, +372 55699565.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store. The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping the goods is added to the price. The shipping fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The shipping fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the item.
Placing an order
To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place the order, fill in the required data fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The total cost will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via bank link or another payment solution. The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due in the Online Store’s bank account. If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods because they are out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including shipping costs) will generally be refunded within 1-2 business days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 business days to arrive.
Shipping
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 10 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, we have the right to deliver the goods within up to 30 calendar days.
If the Online Store has informed the buyer of delivery problems and a deadline exceeding 30 calendar days on the website or in the order confirmation, the deadline published by the Online Store applies.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as is permitted for testing goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted, the form for which can be found here: withdrawal application, and sent to the email address karis@ddiiva.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., a wrong or defective item). Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application, refund all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
Right to file a complaint
In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an email to karis@ddiiva.ee or by calling +372 55699565.
Settlement of disputes
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the email address karis@ddiiva.ee or by calling +372 55699565.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural terms can be reviewed and an application submitted here: https://komisjon.ee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge. The buyer may also turn to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
